How to get Notepad (if not available)

Same process as the CMD, except you enter "file:///c:/windows/notepad.exe" into the browser, or, create a random Text Document and open.

How to Enable CMD At School

This is pretty easy.
I recently discovered (at the library) you can get to the WINDOWS Folder by typing "file:///c:/windows" into the browser bar. So it must be pretty easy. You just type "file:///c:/windows/system32/cmd.exe".
